The first level course is an introduction to the world of Cardio Cross Training for technicians, fitness enthusiasts as well as beginners, too.

Cross Cardio is a groundbreaking cardiovascular and functional training method, suitable for anybodyanywhere. It is based on the concept that the development of strength starts from the person’s center and moves outwards. Then metabolic change brings about physiological results in the individual so as to induce a 360° improvement in their mental and physical wellbeing.

The cardiovascular workout that, together with the difficulty of movement, determines the intensity of the first part of the lesson (cardio) consists of calisthenics. The second part of the class is inspired by weight lifting exercises, gymnastics and metabolicalways with several different proposals for fun training.

  2. Improve teaching techniques
  3. Learn the techniques to increase customer loyalty 
  4. Provide an innovative and varied approach to the lesson structure 
  5. Produce more and varied training stimuli
  6. Be able to work with mixed level classes, because the training is foreveryone
  7. Enhance the concepts of exercise physiology applied to the method

 

CERTIFICATION

Certificate issued on your personal profile within the Community at the end of the course.

Cardio Cross Trainer provides support through the Community.

The training course is to help you reach increasingly challenging goals with ongoing specific training courses for 2nd and 3rd levels.
